We want you to feel confident about your purchase. That’s why our Squarespace templates come with a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not fully satisfied, you may request a refund under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Refunds
Requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
Refunds are available only for the first purchase of a template. Repeat purchases are not eligible.
To process your refund, we’ll ask for:
The link to your website where the template was installed.
Your reasons on why the template wasn’t the right fit.
A signed statement confirming that the template has been deleted from your Squarespace account/template library and that it will not be used, shared, or distributed in the future.
Refund Process
Email us at info@higocreative.com within 14 days of purchase.
Include your order number, website link, reason for refund, and signed confirmation of template removal.
Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
Add-on services (such as installation, customization, or VIP days) are non-refundable.
Digital downloads outside of Squarespace templates are not covered under this policy.
