  • Join us for a free 15 to 30 minute discovery call where we'll discuss your goals and if our blog writing service is right for your business. If you decide to move forward, we'll send you a contract and invoice for a 50% deposit to get started.

  • We'll send you a comprehensive questionnaire to understand your business, target audience, voice, competitors, and content objectives. This helps us determine the content that will be beneficial for your business.

  • Based on your questionnaire and keyword research, we'll create the content brief(s) for your review. Once approved, we'll begin writing (unless you just want the briefs).

  • You’ll write your content using the briefs we created for you. For your first four posts, you’ll send it to us and we’ll offer expert feedback to make sure you’re on the right track for the rest of them.

  • After the blog posts are done and ready, you’ll publish your content and wait for those visitors to come rushing to you!

  • We provide royalty-free image recommendations for your blog posts that complement your content. And if you want us to publish your blog posts into your CMS, we’ll make sure all images are properly sized, optimized, and include appropriate alt text for accessibility and SEO.

  • While we can’t guarantee specific results due to a lot of other factors besides the content (like your website’s authority & Google’s algorithm) blogs typically start to rank within 3-4 months after being published and build over time. Blogging is a long-term strategy, so while it takes a while to see results, the results tend to last a long time, often years! And we’re always here to provide suggestions about how to get your blogs to rank better!

  • Absolutely! We'd love to hear your blog post ideas. When you share your thoughts, we'll dig into the research to make sure those topics are ones your ideal audience is actually searching for. This way, we're creating content that you're passionate about AND that brings the right people to your site.

  • We can handle the complete publishing process if desired (for an added fee). This includes formatting content for your CMS, adding relevant media, optimizing SEO elements, setting categories/tags, and scheduling. Alternatively, we can deliver ready-to-publish drafts for you or your team to review and publish. We're flexible and can adapt to your preferences. If you choose our publishing service, we'll need appropriate access credentials and will coordinate timing according to your content calendar.
