A Website That’s Easy to Manage

Unlike other platforms that are so hard to edit that you basically have to pay someone to manage it for you, we use drag-and-drop web builders, Squarespace or Showit, so you can easily manage your website in-house.

The Process:

  • Join us for a free 15 to 30 minute discovery call where we’ll discuss if this service is for you and learn about your business. If you decide to move forward, we’ll send you a contract and invoice for your deposit.

  • We’ll send you a questionnaire with everything we need to know about your business as well as a request for all the content we’ll need for your website (images, logo, colors, etc.). If you need help deciding on/creating any of those materials, let us know!

  • Before we creating your website, we’ll hop on one more call to finalize the details and clarify any questions (ours or yours).

  • Now we get to work on creating your website. Once we’re done, we’ll send you the test link and you’ll provide feedback for anything you want changed. Then, we’ll implement the changes and get ready to launch your site.

  • Once everything is ready, we’ll connect your domain to your site and your site is live! We’ll then send you a video on how to manage and update your site and maintain and grow your SEO. We’ll also send you our guide with tips for growth!

  • Because we understand the fundamentals of an effective website — design, copywriting, and SEO — and we know that your website won’t reach its full potential if it’s missing one of them. So, even if you don’t choose us for all three, we’ll be there to offer suggestions and to make sure that one part is not missing (like a design that is so complicated that it drowns out your messaging).

  • We can help businesses of all types (we’ve worked with nonprofits, authors, coaches, educators, dental offices, and more). We do have a soft spot for solopreneurs and small businesses though.

  • Yes! We offer a 6-month payment plan option.

  • Yes! We offer website copywriting services, but if you have copy you want to use already and just want us to your design your site, that’s what we’ll do.

  • Yes, if you’re wanting to move your website from another platform like Wordpress, we can help you transfer your blog posts for an added fee. Reach out for a quote!

  • If you didn’t know, SEO (Search Engine Optimization) is the process of making your website more visible on search engines like Google and when implemented correctly, it can help you rank higher in search results when people search for things related to your business. For example, you may have found us when you searched on Google for information or a service. If you found us on the first page of those results, it’s because we optimized that page for SEO (believe us, you don’t get on the first page of Google by accident).

  • Yes, you'll need to pay for your Squarespace or Showit subscription separately from our design services.

  • Yes, we provide comprehensive training as part of our web design service. Once your Squarespace or Showit website is complete, we'll send you a full training video to walk you through managing your site. We'll teach you how to update content, add new pages, adjust styling elements, and handle basic maintenance tasks. We also include 3 months of free email support after delivery (although, we’ll be happy to help beyond that as well).
