How It Works:

Book Your Day
Reach out to us to book a 15-minute consult to discuss what you need and what we can get done in a day. Then pay the 50% deposit, sign our contract, and confirm your day.

Prep for Your Day
Fill out our questionnaire and handover all the content, images, and files we’ll need to get to work on your VIP day.

Experience Your Day
On your VIP day, join us for a one-hour call at 8 AM PST. We’ll message throughout the day to get your feedback/approval on our work. We’ll deliver the final product at 4PM PST.

30-Day Support
After the VIP day, you’ll pay the rest of the invoice and we’ll reply to any of your questions related to the project via email. If it still needs some finishing touches, we’ll provide one more hour of edits.
What’s Included:
A QUESTIONNAIRE
Before your VIP Day, you’ll get a detailed questionnaire to help us understand your brand, goals, audience, and other important information for us to get to work.
A ONE-HOUR KICK OFF CALL
Before our work day begins, we’ll meet via Google Meet to clarify your priorities, walk through the plan, and make sure we’re on the same page.
7 DEDICATED HOURS OF WORK ON THE VIP DAY
You’ll get our full, focused attention for seven uninterrupted hours. No juggling clients, no distractions — just us working through your website to-do list with speed and strategy.
30-DAYS OF EMAIL SUPPORT
We won’t leave you hanging after your VIP day. If you have questions, run into a hiccup, or want feedback on how to update things yourself, you’ll have access to us by email for a full month.
ONE HOUR OF POST VIP DAY EDITING
Need to make a few changes after the VIP day? You’ll get one hour of follow-up editing within 14 days of your VIP Day. This covers small tweaks or adjustments based on your feedback.

If you need branding for your website before we design your pages (fonts and colors), it’ll take up the first couple hours of the day and then we’ll work on the design.

We’ll need you to be available to answer your emails or texts (whichever you prefer) within 30 minutes so that we can get your approval on our work and move through our to-do list as quickly as possible.

Yes, we recommend that you send us your website copy before your VIP day so we can display everything in the most effective way possible. If you need website copy, we can write it for you, either in a VIP day if you just need a couple of pages or as a custom project.

Nope! That’s the beauty of the website intensive. For one day, you get our undivided attention so we are able to efficiently get done what takes others weeks in just one day.
